ALPS Digital Publicity Assistant

ALPS Digital Publicity Assistant helps with posting QUUF Adult Learning Programs  (ALPS) course and events descriptions to various online bulletin boards.  Work can be done virtually, at your convenience.

Detailed Description: 
The ALPS Digital Coordinator will assist with receipt and organization of information and completion of online forms for publication. Examples of QUUF ALPS course and events postings include PT Guide, Peninsula Daily News and Bare Boards events list serve. Basic Excel skills and comfort with online form completion are needed to succeed, along with a keen eye for detail and communication prowess. Typical hours vary, up to a few per week during some months.

Volunteering to help post current Adult Learning Programs to digital bulletin boards provides the QUUF and Port Townsend communities with unmatched free opportunities to connect and learn.  The person undertaking this task will be trained by an expert and provided with detailed, easy to follow instructions.  This task is especially suited to someone who does not love meetings or group process, preferring to work independently, virtually,  and on one's own schedule on a project vital to the ALPS program.

Training, assistance, and safety requirements: 

In person training  (approximately 2 hours) and detailed task documentation will be provided.  Assistance available by email or phone if questions arise during completion of posting tasks.
