Denominational Affairs Committee Chair

Lead the committee that works to publicize and promote the values and concerns of Unitarian Universalists beyond the Congregation walls.

Detailed Description: 
The chair convenes periodic meetings that include discussion of denominational concerns, UUA proposed statements of conscience, etc. The committee apprises QUUF membership and encourages attendance at the national General Assembly and the Pacific Northwest meetings. You work with the QUUF Social Justice Council and publicize national and regional events, utilizing bulletin board displays and posters.

Skills Needed: 

Ability to communicate, some computer skills, organizational ability are helpful in this role.

Former committee chair, committee members, workshops at General Assembly and PNW meeting.
